Bhakti Yoga:
Cultivating a Life of Love, Service and Purpose
Bhakti Yoga is an ancient spiritual tradition that teaches us how to cultivate a life of love, compassion, gratitude, and selfless service. The word Bhakti means loving devotion, while Yoga means union or connection. Together, Bhakti Yoga is the path of developing a loving relationship with the Divine through both our inner practice and our everyday actions.
Rather than withdrawing from the world, Bhakti Yoga encourages us to engage with it more deeply—serving others with kindness, living with integrity, and recognising the inherent dignity and spiritual potential within every living being.

At The Bhakti Field Inc., these timeless principles inspire everything we do. Whether preparing and sharing nutritious meals, supporting communities in times of hardship, volunteering, gathering in kirtan, or simply caring for one another, we see each act of compassion as an opportunity to express Bhakti in practical ways.

We believe that every person carries an innate capacity for love, wisdom, and service. Through regular spiritual practice, meaningful community, and acts of generosity, those qualities naturally begin to flourish.

Bhakti Yoga is not about perfection—it is a lifelong journey of growing in compassion, deepening our connection with the Divine, and contributing to the wellbeing of others.

Just as if you pour water onto the root of a tree, the whole tree is fed, and just as when you supply food to the stomach, the whole body is fed, so if you can gain knowledge of the prime cause, Brahman, then you can know anything and everything.
